Job Title: Senior Associate (IP)

The Role

We are hiring a qualified Solicitor to join one of our Litigation teams.  This role will suit a Commercial Court Litigator with a specialized knowledge of IP and a strong commitment to developing a career in IP litigation. In this role you will be responsible for the following

*         advising on the full range of IPRs, trademarks, designs and copyright issues.

*         developing a first-class litigation service to clients.

*         assisting the IP Partners to develop the practice and

*         supporting the strategic objectives of the firm.

 

The Person

*         You are a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience preferrable gained in intellectual property law.

*         You a experienced in dealing with Commercial Court matters.

*         You have specialised IP knowledge, in particular trademarks and patents.

*         You have excellent technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detail.

*         You are a strong communication with excellent interpersonal skills.

*         You are commercially minded.
